Criticism   

An American newspaper commentator has a wonderful way of dealing with the critical letters he receives. People frequently write in telling him where he was going wrong, criticizing him, and heaping abuse on him. He has developed a great response. He sends the letter back to its sender with a note attached. The note reads: "Dear X, The enclosed letter arrived on my desk a few days ago. I am sending it to you in the belief that as a responsible citizen you should know some idiot is sending out letters over your signature."
